By accessing and using WáRọJà ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

WáRọJà provides the following services:

• VTU Services: Purchase of airtime, data bundles, cable TV subscriptions, electricity tokens, and exam pins
• Marketplace: A platform for users to buy and sell physical and digital products
• Escrow System: Secure payment protection for marketplace transactions
• Wallet System: Digital wallet for storing funds, making purchases, and withdrawals
• Referral Program: Earn rewards by referring new users

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Wallet and Payments

• You may fund your wallet using the available deposit methods
• Wallet funds are non-transferable between users except through authorized transactions
• Withdrawal requests are subject to applicable fees and processing times
• We reserve the right to place holds on funds in cases of suspected fraud
• All transaction fees are clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction

5. VTU Services

• VTU transactions are processed through third-party service providers
• We are not liable for delays caused by network providers or service outages
• Incorrect phone numbers or account details entered by users are the user's responsibility
• Refunds for failed transactions will be credited to your wallet
• Prices are subject to change based on provider rates

6. Marketplace Rules

When using our marketplace, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and images for listed items
• Not list prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit items
• Honor the prices and terms listed in your ads
• Use the escrow system for transactions when available
• Resolve disputes in good faith

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these rules or our community guidelines.

7. Escrow Transactions

• Funds are held securely until both parties confirm satisfaction
• Buyers must confirm receipt or raise a dispute within the specified timeframe
• Sellers receive payment after buyer confirmation
• Disputes are reviewed and resolved by our admin team
• Escrow fees are non-refundable once a transaction is initiated

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Manipulate prices, reviews, or listings
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload malicious content or attempt to hack the platform
• Circumvent fees or security measures
• Sell prohibited or illegal items

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the Platform. Any funds remaining in a suspended account will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and software on WáRọJà are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without written permission. Content you upload (listings, reviews, messages) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display and use it on the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

WáRọJà is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WáRọJà, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
